Back for a last hurrah, couldn’t resist some tempting prices on the final play off weekend, (all that will remain after this weekend will be Premiership final play off and Scottish Cup final).
The lower league play offs present us with a ready made Tasty Treble meal to feast on. Queen of the South should finish the job at home to a bang average Raith side, Clyde can reverse their first leg deficit at home to Annan, and best of all Cove Rangers are still close to evens against the hapless Berwick. I think most of their players accepted their fate a few weeks ago, and a 4-0 first leg pumping last week doesn’t seem to have hurt Coves price much yet.
In the Premiership, most of the nation hopes that the stubborn Hamilton head back down to the Championship and take their 3 fans and a dog with them, however at 23/10 I can’t help that feel they are value to make nuisances of themselves once again. Worth a small wager given St Johnstone have nothing to play for. In the other big match, St Mirren are a short price and strong favourites to beat Dundee so not worth backing. Nothing else worth taking in the Premiership.
Tasty Treble:
2 points – Cove Rangers @ 10/11
2 points – Clyde @ 10/11
2 points – Queen of the South @ 4/5
Add on:
1 point – Hamilton @ 23/10
